I have been searching high and low for a translucent glitter product that could be used alone or over eyeshadow. I’m older, so I can’t possibly pull off the glitter-bomb look, and I don’t have to with MOONBEAM in this line up. I pick up a teeny amount with an eyeshadow brush and barely tap it on my eyelid … voila!! The subtle look that I am going for. Sometimes I do the same thing right on the very outer edge of my eyes OR right on the inner corners of my eyes. I only do one of the three at any given time: eyelids, outers, or inners … never more than one … or we’ll be back to the disco ball finish (not attractive). I think one small jar will last forever, but I bought two just in case. I do recommend to the company to rework the inner pot lid. It’s tiny and fragile, and even with the little tab to pull up, it easily and suddenly drops or sinks abruptly into the dust and causes the pot to overflow somewhat. I had that experience this morning and nearly cried when a small puff of dust went here and there. Aside from subtle glitter on the sides of the jar and all over my fingertips, I was devastated to waste even a smidgen. I will find a tiny pot somewhere and transfer one little scoop at a time so that I don’t have to open the Doll Face jar and deal with that flimsy lid too often. Love, love, love the product, though!! Thank you, Doll Face!!
